On October 17, 2023, FRAME project partners (Souphanouvong University and Savannakhet University, Laos) organized the dissemination event at the Crowned Plaza Hotel, Vientiane, Laos, jointly with project partners from the University of Helsinki, Finland, the Czech University of Life Science, Czech Republic and Chiang Mai University in Thailand. The chair of the event is the President of Savannakhet University, Co-chair Department of Higher Education, EU-delegation officer in Vientiane capital, and Project manager from the University of Helsinki, participants from the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment, Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry, Faculty of Forestry Science, Faculty of Economics, and Vice President of National University of Laos, and other EU projects in Laos.
